NERUL, SEPTEMBER 8, 2010: The Pre-Primary section celebrated Teachers Day on September 3, 2010. The PTA members of this section along with the children prepared the entire programme for this day. The programme began with the lighting of the lamp and a hymn for teachers. All of the Pre-Preparatory (Jr.Kg) performed an Action Song, children from the Preparatory section a Choral Recitation. The supervisor of this section Mrs. Milan Pinto was felicitated on behalf of the teachers. The children then went to their respective classrooms where the teacher and the children celebrated in the classroom itself with help from parents.
The Primary section celebrated Teachers Day on September 4, 2010. The PTA members of this section along with the children prepared a beautiful programme which the teachers enjoyed a lot. There was a prayer dance by class VI, dance by class II, V and IX, Choral Recitation, Poem by Mahek from class IV. All the teachers were felicitated with a bouquet and a gift. After the programme the teachers went to their individual classrooms to celebrate with the children.
