BIS #2118 VALEDICTORY FUNCTION OF SANKALP AND MORD

BORIVILI, NOVEMBER 2, 2010: On the November 1, 2010 the Students of Don Bosco Technical Training Institute and MoRD (Ministry of Rural Department) who spent their three months training program in Hotel Management, Welding, and Automobile will never forget the day which made them feel so special and successful in their Life.

A special program was organized for the distribution of the certificates for more than hundred and twenty students both from Sankalp Batch- 3 and MoRD Batch-1. The program started at 3Pankaj Sampat G.M (Vivanta by Taj. President Mumbai), Mr. Durga Maruwada (Sr. Operational Manager Accenture), Mr.Malay Sheth (Accenture Manger), Mr. Marshal Dias (Manager H.R Vivanta by Taj. President), Ms. Merlyn Pereira (Manager - Corporate Sustainability Taj Group of Hotels Corporate), Fr. Anthony Santarita (Director Bosco Boys Home), Fr. Bastin Thomas (Administrator Bosco Boys Home).

The program started with the welcoming of the guest with bouquet of roses and the lighting of the lamp by the guest. Fr. Anthony Santarita then gave brief information about the project Sankalp and MoRD and how delighted he feels that the students have completed their course and are placed in different organization. He wished them success and also thanked the partners supporting the project Accenture and Taj Group of Hotel for their valuable support which put a light on this program. In the same way all the other guests were invited to come forward who inspired the students with their Motivational speech. Both the Partners Accenture and Taj Group of Hotel assured their full support towards the project and also in helping the students with their placements’.

The program then concluded with the distribution of the certificate by the guests followed with Tea/coffee and snacks. Mr. Dayanad Patil the coordinator then gave a vote of thanks where he expressed his gratitude for all the hard work that was put by all the Organizing Team and the facilitators, he then bid a farewell to all the students.
