BORIVLI, OCTOBER 10, 2011: On October 8, 2011 the students of Sankalp (Hotel Management) MoRD (Ministry of Rural Development) and BBH of different trades went out for a day's picnic at Boscowadi.
On reaching Boscowadi the students refreshed themselves and soon ran towards the beach where Br. Richard Burkhao had organised some games for them. As soon as the pool gates were opened the students plunged in to the cool water.
Sumptuous lunch prepared by Yohan and his wife Yogita was served at 1.00pm. Chef Sunil Samant, Mr. Dayanand Patill, Mr. Sachin Pyati, and Keshav helped in serving the students. A game of housie was played after lunch. The students left Boscowadi at 4.00pm.
A special word of thanks to the Director Fr. Anthony Santarita who arranged the picnic, Mr. Rossy, Sarpanch of Gorai for making the transport arrangement, Br. Richard Burkhao for taking care of the students and also coordinating the entire picnic, Mr. Dayanand Patil coordinating with the Sankalp Students, Mr. Sachin Pyati and Mr. Keshav for coordinating with the MoRD students.
