AHMDNAGAR AUGUST 02, 2012: In a specially conducted Rotary assembly meeting, Dr Fr. Nelson Falcao Ph. D was awarded a <![if !vml]><![endif]>Rotary Puruskar by the Priyadarshini Women’s Rotary Club R. I District 3132 of Ahmednagar District in the presence of the Rotary District Governor Rtn. Ravindra Salunke. On July 30 at 7.30 pm in the Hotel Natraj at Tarakpur, the twenty assembled women members of Rotary Club during their assembly gave this prestigious award for the yeoman services rendered by Fr Nelson in the fields of Education Spirituality. Ms. Alphonsa Mariadass rendered the chant of the Kristapurana supported by Frs. Nelson and Bento. Fr Nelson narrated the story of the two women in the gospel Martha and Mary and their encounter with the Guru Jesus in the Kristapurana. Rtn Neena More is the newly elected president and Rtn Asha Firodia is the secretary. The assembly meeting ended with supper and fellowship.
