BORIVLI-MUMBAI, OCTOBER 31, 2013:  Blue! Indeed the colour dominates the horizon and pacifies us whenever we glance up at the skies. Harmonious! Tranquil! Vibrant! That's what the colour blue is!

The Blue House Brigade presented a beautiful program in honour of St. Don Bosco and Mother Teresa on the 25th of October, 2013.

Whether it was the vibrant and active Don Bosco, who gave a new lease of life to the orphaned children or Mother Teresa who unassumingly and tirelessly worked for the poor and the dying, the Blue House Boys showed that we have a lot to learn through their exemplary lives. Don Bosco's heroic endeavours began with a dream. Mother Teresa began her extra ordinary life of service with an insatiable desire to serve.

Mother Teresa was a very humble lady who went about serving the poor diligently and stoically bearing the insults society sometimes heaped on her, as demonstrated through an enlightening skit. A Power Point presentation and a video listed the numerous achievements of Mother Teresa. Her peaceful persona was highlighted through the messages she gave and through her treasure trove of quotable quotes.

It was indeed a very enlightening assembly and the audience definitely learned a lot from the lives of these two personalities who made their mark in the hearts of people all over the world.
