The concelebrants for the Eucharist were Fr. Ajoy Fernandes, the vice provincial, the staff of DBYC and Sacred Heart parish, Yerwada and the priests from the neighbouring parishes. Fr. Provincial gave an inspiring and thought provoking homily, in which he highlighted Don Bosco’s predilection for the poor and abandoned youngsters.

Similarly we too should respond to the situation in the lives of people around and bring joy in their lives.
The occasion was made more solemn with 7 new Salesian co-operators making their solemn promise during the Eucharist in the presence of the provincial and the faithful. Fr.
