BIS # 4273 CAREER GUIDANCE SEMINAR HELD AT DON BOSCO LONAVLA

LONAVLA-PUNE, DECEMBER 6, 2014: Don Bosco Junior College, Lonavla organized a one-day career guidance seminar for the students of Standards XI and XII on December 4, 2014. The Rotary Club of Lonavla and the Rotaract Club of Lonavla were invited to present the career options to the students.


The seminar was held from 8.30 a.m. to 3.20 p.m. The seminar began with a prayer service and the welcoming of the speakers. They were presented with a memento. The talks were based on different topics like how to speak fluent English, leadership skills, effective communication and different career options after the XII Board Exams. The seminar was a good opportunity for the students to give a foundation to their dreams and aspirations. There was a detailed talk on career options in each field.


The students were allowed to ask questions on various career options while the speakers answered the queries of the students.  At the end the Principal, Fr. George Carlos, thanked the Rotary Club and Rotaract Club for organizing this event.
