NERUL-NAVI MUMBAI, MARCH 13, 2015: The term 'ValueEducation' refers to the educating children about the values which are set forth as being a solid standard for living one's life.
It is taught in schools and colleges in order to make the students aware of the importance of values and to inculcate those values in their life. Value Education Programme is one of the important aspects of the education process in Dominic Savio Kindergarten. It was presented through a stage programme where children present a value through a skit, dance and video.
The assembly programme was presented by the students of Preparatory C under the guidance of Tr. Diana Rayan on Tuesday, March 10, 2015 for Pre – Preparatory and Preparatory classes in the assembly hall of Dominic Savio Kindergarten, Nerul.
The basic objective of the programme is to impart good values, develop speaking skills and stage confidence.The value of this assembly programme was "To have a thankful heart". Children took the opportunity to show gratitude towards management and staff of Dominic Savio Kindergarten.
Fr. Manager, Fr. Principal, Supervisor ma'am and teachers felt that the value of gratitude was well portrayed and filled with creative ideas. Parents were thrilled to see their children performing on the stage. Teachers, parents and students equally enjoyed the programme.
