GUJARAT, OCT 14, 2015: The Nitya Sahayak Mata parish in Kawant celebrated its feast on October 11 centered around the feast of Our Lady of the Rosary.
Novenas began on October 2, with Salesians from all the houses of Gujarat preaching about the life and virtues of Mary, through the Gospel and her life as the mother of Jesus.
It was inspiring to see how the faithful took part devoutly in this devotion to our Blessed mother.
Father Ivan Desouza was the main celebrant and he preached on God's hand in making things possible through faith.
The neighbouring parishes of Chhota Udepur and Narukot also participated in the celebrations. It was a period of great hope for the parishioners, which ended in a festive meal.
