BIS #4604 A VISIT THAT MADE A DIFFERENCE

AHMEDNAGAR, NOV 9, 2015: Nine working and college-going youth from the St John's Parish, Ahmednagar, accompanied by Cl Vishal and Cl Ranson visited the Asha Kiran Institute, a rehabilitation centre for children suffering from HIV, at Pimpalgaon Ujjani,Ahmednagar on November 8. 

The centre is run by the sisters from the Helpers of Jesus congregation, under the guidance of the Jesuits.  Twelve children are currently being cared for at the centre.  The parish youth interacted with the children, reverend nuns and made an offering in kind towards the assistance of the children. 

The youth left the premises feeling blessed for this encounter. They resolved to remember and assist the institute and those with similar objectives, spiritually and materially in the future too.
