NASHIK, MAR 9, 2016: Three special guests, namely Father Guillermo Basaῆes, Father Filiberto González and Father Godfrey D'Souza – the Provincial of the Mumbai province - visited the community of Divyadaan 
on March 3.
Father Basaῆes is the General Councillor for Missions and Father González is the General Councillor for Social Communication. The Rector, Father Robert Pen, welcomed them to the community. Their inspiring words and thoughts deepened the zeal for the Salesian missions.
Father González reminded us that the primary means of communication is relationship. The human person is the centre of communication. Gadgets and other miscellaneous things are secondary.
The two General Councillors then celebrated the Holy Eucharist for the Salesian family in Nashik. After Holy Mass, a short felicitation program was held in their honour. During the programme, the guests joined the dance group and danced to the tunes of Punjabi bangra music, which added to the celebration.
The simple and humble presence of the Superiors delighted everyone. Their visit was a blessing to the Salesian family in Nasik, and particularly to Divyadaan.
