Training Centre has been started for the youth of the neighbourhood at the Regional Youth Office. One of these computers was sent to the youth group in a little village called Hirkirai, in the backward district of East Nimad. Using this computer the youth have started a mini computer centre to train the youngsters in the village in Computer Skills along with Life Skills and English Conversation Skills. Computer technology is evolving very quickly. As a result, in urban areas computers become outdated within a few years. These very sa
me computers, however, are very valuable for our village youth who would otherwise have no access to computers. Computer education makes a big difference in their lives and in improving prospects for a livelihood. Hence, donation of used computers is most welcome. This would enable us to make available computer literacy programmes in other remote villages in the diocese of Khandwa.
