Richard Burkhao sdb SAVEDI, APRIL 14, 2009: For the first time in the history of Don Bosco Savedi, the youth group put up a Passion Play in Marathi entitled 'Niraparadi Gunhegar'. The play was staged on Good Friday at 7.30 pm in Yashwantrao Sahakar Sabha Gruha, Ahmednagar. This two hour long play began with the triumphant entry of Jesus 
into Jerusalem and concluded with the ascension of Jesus into heaven. About sixty youth from the parish acted in this play which drew an audience of over 850 people. The passion play was scripted by Fr. John Rumao and directed by Mr. Sandeep Kasab, a teacher from our school. Fr. William Falcao was the producer and attended to the various details involved in the production of this impressive drama. The audience was highly appreciative of the performance and heartily applauded the youngsters for the excellent show!
