The match winning stroke was the penalty kick saved by Poornendu Pandey, the calm and composed goal keeper of the team. The Principal, Fr. Deigo Nunes who is a constant source of motivation and inspiration to the sports enthusiasts made it a point to visit Bhonsala School to cheer the school team for two matches including the finals. He was also the Chief Guest of the prize distribution ceremony.
