NARUKOT, AUGUST 4, 2011: On August 1, 2011 began the new semester in the MES course run at Don Bosco, Narukot. The Salesians at Narukot are continually striving to make the dream of Don Bosco a reality through the training and job placement for marginalized youngsters.

In the inaugural ceremony we welcomed the new boys and bid farewell to the old boys of the pervious batch. In the MES course run at Don Bosco, Narukot there are hundred and twenty youngsters of which sixty five are boarders, and out of these twenty six are Catholics. After a period of six months the students appear for a Government recognized MES Exam and they are placed in various companies in cities like Halol, Kalol, Baroda and Ahmdabad, after a campus interview.

At the end of the programme the Rector Fr. Stanny Ferriera bid farewell to the outgoing batch giving them the advice of Don Bosco: know one aother, love one another and be united. He welcomed the new batch and asked them to work hard and become good and responsible citizens. The Principal Bro. Damodar thanked the chief guest Mr. Pantankar and the staff for all the efforts put in to help them build rewarding and stable careers.

Special thanks to Mr. Prakash Patankar for his constant and tireless efforts in placing the youngsters in the various companies. Our institution is deeply indebted to him for his sincere efforts and hard work.
