MUMBAI, MAR 1, 2018: Fifteen people participated in a two-day Training Of Trainers (TOT) workshop which was organised by St. Joseph Industrial Training Institute (SJITI) under the guidance of Skills for Progress (SKIP), which is an all India Association of private technical/vocational training institutions on February 19 and 20.
SJITI has been associated with SKIP, which is an organisation that looks to enhance the quality of vocational and technical training in the country for institutes that are offer training for employment and self-employment for the socio-economic and the marginalised communities.
P V S Prasad was the resource person for this training, which began with a prayer and an ice-breaker session. The training concentrated on various assessment tools and their use in making the learning process more effective. Various training methodology such as group discussions, role plays were conducted to make the session more lively and participative. The programme concluded with a feedback session and distribution of participation certificate by SKIP.
