Colin Pereira sdb ALIRAJPUR, OCTOBER 11, 2008: A retreat was conducted for the boys and the girls of the School of Excellence, here at Don Bosco Alirajpur, from October 7 to 9, 2008. The preacher was Fr. Raju Matthew from Meghnagar. He, along with his team, led the children through a charismatic spiritual exercise. The retreat experience, which was titled "The Philip's Course", was based on Acts 8: 26-40. The retreat was a good blend of ‘praise and worship’ and a reflection on scripture. It was a novel experience for the children, since most of them underwent such a spiritual introspection of three days for the first time in their lives. As for the success of the retreat, well, "by their fruits you shall know".
