Richard Burkhao sdb AHMEDNAGAR, FEBRUARY 15, 2009: The Salesians of the Nagar area had a Tri-monthly Recollection on February 11, at Mula Dam in Rahuri. The theme chosen for the recollection was 'Poverty'. The first talk was given by Jesuit Fr. Aaba Waghmare at Sneha Sadhan, in which he shared some of his own experiences and personal convictions with regard to poverty. After this the group proceeded to the guest house at Mula Dam, where Fr. William Falcao gave the second talk. He based his reflections on the letter on poverty by Fr. Juan Vecchi. After lunch, there was a review of our practice of the vow of poverty, conducted by Fr. Francis Fernandes. The recollection was a good occasion for the Nagar confreres to come together and spend a day in prayer and reflection.
