MUMBAI, JUNE 26, 2010: The students of Stds. VIII, IX, X and had a wonderful experience with Fr. Allwyn and his team as they had a one day orientation on “Fearless Edu-care”. Similar sessions will also be held for other classes of the secondary section (V, VI and VII).The students were made aware of ways and means to "Care for Creation". The themes of the orientation focused on making learning an enjoyable experience and develop love towards their school. It was interesting to see the boys coming up with various methods in which they would want to save their environment. Fr. Allwyn assured them that he intended to implement these ideas in the campus itself. This in turn would make the boys more responsible towards their own actions.
Besides this, the Rector, Rev. Fr. Ronald Menezes took a session that emphasized on the basic values and attitudes for life. Students took a lot of interest in the topics concerned with them. In a particular manner the boys of class X were seen clarifying their doubts and apprehensions. The day's orientation program consisted of talks, AV presentations and video clippings. The youth of the parish livened up the sessions with their music and action songs. Thanks to the team for having come up with this.
