BORIVLI, SEPTEMBER 12, 2011: On September 10, 2011 the tribal students training under MoRD (Ministry of Rural Development) and DB Tech project at Bosco Boys Home Borivli spent a Day- Out at the Kaneery Caves in National Park.
It was a perfect day for an outing since the weather was cool and pleasant. Seventy five students marched out of the gates of Bosco Boys Home at 7.30 am to the place they all had planned to go.
The journey to the Kaneery Caves was a different experience as the boys walked through the forest area. It took them two hours to reach to the caves. Tired and exhausted the boys sat for a while and then went in to explore the caves, few students clicked pictures and were collecting a few things as souvenirs. After a sumptuous meal the boys spent some time in the tree house that was around the park, later they went to see the wild life which was around.
As the day came to an end the boys thanked Mr. Sachin Pyati, Faculty Welding Domain who managed, coordinated and sponsored the entire trip. A special thanks to Fr. Anthony Santarita the Director who encouraged the boys to go for this trip and for all the arrangements that were made. This trip was a wonderful experience and the moments spent will be treasured forever.
