HINDI PRAYER GROUP TENTH ANNIVERSARY

BORIVLI, FEBRUAY 25, 2012: On February 21, 2012 the St. John Bosco, Shanti Sagar Hindi Prayer Group celebrated ten years of their existence. We began by singing Praise and Worship songs, dancing and thanking our Lord Jesus for these long years. A welcome and thanksgiving dance was also performed by our children. The Thanksgiving Eucharist was celebrated by our Spiritual Director, Fr. Allwyn Misquitta. In his homily he encouraged the group for their spirit of faith and for manifesting this faith by their good deeds especially to the poor and the marginalized.  

 

A Power Point presentation based on the tasks and programs conducted during the year, the core group members, service and outreach ministry, intercessions, Bible Cell meetings etc., was screened. Fr. Allwyn Misquitta and some resource persons were felicitated.

 

The Thanksgiving Day ended with a little fellowship meal and a wonderful spiritual get-together.
