FUN AT ITS PEAK

BORIVLI  JULY 17, 2012:  On 15 July, 2012, youngsters and elders came with a spirit of fun and frolic for the Throwball and Football zonal meet at the campus of Don Bosco, borivli.                                                            .

The day started at 10.30 with the sports prayer and oath.  The inspiring words of Fr. Aloysius Furtado brought encouragement to all.   Soon after the national anthem  Fr. Furtado kicked the ball in the goal, and we had Fr. Anthony Santarita in our midst,  who threw the ball from one court to another.  The matches were played in true sportsman spirit.  Delicious lunch was served to all.   There were passing showers that added to the excitement and thrill.  At the end of the day it was St. Martin De Pores zone who bagged the first place in football and throw ball.   Prizes were given to the second place, the best player and the most promising player in both Football and Throw ball.  However the ultimate objective of the day was fun and enjoyment.

After all the hard work put by our dearest Fr. Allwyn  Misquitta and the youth of  ST. John Bosco parish,  it was a memorable and fun loving day.
