VALUE EDUCATION PROGRAMME OF CLASS I –C
BIS Correspondent
NERUL-NAVIMUMBAI, JANUARY 24, 2013 : On January 22, 2013 a Value Education programme was presented by the students of Class I-C. The personality chosen for the programme was ‘NETAJI SUBHASH CHANDRA BOSE.’ The entire class of thirty nine students took part in the programme.
The programme began with the school prayer, followed by National Anthem. The introduction on Netaji’s life was with a speech citing him as a fierce and a dynamic leader, who believed in sacrificing for his motherland, as his religion.
The skit showcased how Netaji, even as a young boy, empathized with the poor masses. He was a selfless person with strong determination. His courage was one attribute which was more important in leadership than any other qualities.
The students performed on –“Kadam Kadam badhaye ja…..” a truly Inspirational song that had motivated the people then for the struggle for freedom.
We wish to thank Teacher Keya Basu and students of Class I C for their wonderful efforts.
