NASIK-MAHAHRASHTRA, JULY 04, 2013: On June 17, 2013 Don Bosco School, Nasik started its new academic year. With good results in HSC and SSC board exams, the school is looking forward to reach even greater heights this academic year. On June 25, it took its first step towards discipline. Nominations for school captain and vice-captain were held on this day.
Speeches were delivered in the morning. Representatives of school captain were as follows: Master Prince Jose, Master Akash Sitoke. Master Aniket Chowdhary, Master Karan Gulahe and Master Nikhil Jha gave their nominations for the post of school vice-captain. All the nominations were from std ninth. The students who assembled in the school quadrangle were allowed to ask questions to the representatives.
On June 26, the Manager of the school Fr. Jude announced the following names of the captains who were unanimously elected by the students:
1) Master Prince Jose School's Captain
2) Master Karan Gulahe School's Vice – Captain.
Fr. Jude concluded, "In future many opportunities will come your way, if you lose some; you need not think that, it is the end of the world but; willingly accept it. All can't be captains, someone's got to be the CREW."
