WADALA – MUMBAI, JULY 05, 2013: The Provincial Visitation to the Community and Parish of Our Lady of Dolours, Wadala on 30th June 2013, was 
indeed set on a different mode of operation. It was a joint venture along with the Vice-Provincial. Fr. Ajoy Fernandes addressed the children of the Sunday School at 8.00am and then Fr. Michael Fernandes along with Fr. Ajoy and Fr. Godfrey celebrated the Eucharist. At the end of the Eucharistic celebration, Fr. Michael inaugurated the new website of the parish. It was the result of the hard work put in by Mr. Bosco, Fr. Allwyn and Fr. Vivian. The expertise of Mr. Bosco was manifested in the layout and the variety of information about the community and parish that could be fed into the data base. While Fr. Michael met and addressed the Parish Council, Fr. Ajoy met the Confirmation group, the Salesian Cooperators and the Youth. At 11.30am Fr. Provincial had the opening conference followed by the meeting with confreres on a personal level and in the evening had the concluding talk, followed by dinner. Since it was a Sunday, the Provincial could not meet the staff and students of the school. However Fr. Ajoy inspected the files and books in the school while the Provincial did the same task in the parish.
