AURANGABAD, AUGUST 12, 2013: Six youth from Gangapur taluka, Aurangabad district gathered in the A.V. room of BGVK – Waluj (Aurangabad) to be briefed by Mr. Shirish Bagwe, Head-Training & Development of VARROC POLYMERS PVT. LTD. located at MIDC, Waluj- Aurangabad on 09th August 2013.
The company is offering a skill training programme in collaboration with NTTC (Nuttur Technical Training Centre) titled 'Learn & Earn' to help young boys from rural India who have passed Std. XII and would be interested in acquiring the necessary skills to be absorbed into any two- wheeler manufacturing company in India. The two year program, entirely sponsored by VARROC Company, equips the youngsters with the necessary knowledge and skills besides guaranteeing 98% job placement in VARROC or similarly oriented companies which are part of the NTTC guild with promising salaries.
After the input sessions the youngsters answered an entrance test under the guidance of the NTTC staff present at the meet. All those who pass the test will be called for an interview and admitted in the 01st Sept 2013 batch!
Mr. Shirish expressed hope that BGVK would continue to collaborate with VARROC in providing suitable candidates for this program and enable them to help deserving poor youngsters from rural India to learn as well as earn and improve their living conditions besides being better equipped to be incorporated into the booming two-wheeler industry in India.
A similar exposure/awareness program will be conducted in the Asti taluka of Beed district.
