BIS # 3720 DANCE FOR A CAUSE

by BIS correspondent

BORIVLI-MUMBAI, OCTOBER 23, 2013: The days of endless meetings, constant pressure and nerve wrecking tensions have finally come to an end. It was a pleasant feel to see the audience grooving to the beats of dandiya music for the fourth consecutive year. Truly, the efforts of the past pupils under the able guidance of the principal, Rev. Fr. George Carlos, have finally paid off.

The audience swirled and swivelled and was kept alive by a live band through some implausible melodious music. What was more alluring was the eclectic blend of the multitude. The perfect tuning of the grand-parents along with the grand-children and the present pupils mingling with the past was indeed a marvellous spectacle. One had to witness the occasion to see the flow of energy on the floor. They danced as if there was no tomorrow. And finally, when the music stopped, they were still yearning for more.

Truly an experience!

This is all for a cause! This time the PPA has taken it upon their onus to contribute as much as possible towards the new infrastructure, a new state-of-art building. The Salesians at Borivli have a vision to extend their dimensions. Having started the junior college, the management is very keen to begin new post graduation courses and other professional courses at the premises. The past pupils undeniably appreciate their far-sightedness and their compliance to embark on the hardships for this righteous cause.

May they receive profuse support and blessings for the good work they have set themselves on and may they be successful in their endeavours.
