DAKOR-GUJARAT, JULY 29, 2014: A project planning meeting was organized by the Development Office, Mumbai at Dakor on July 26, 2014. The meeting began with a short prayer led by Fr. Isaac 
Arackaparambil. The Directors and staff of the four centres namely Chhota Udaipur, Kawant, Kapadwanj and Dakor attended the meeting.
The meeting was facilitated by Mr. Mahesh Kumar (Development Coordinator, Mumbai) and it focused on the issues that could be worked on in the next three years. The issues identified for the next three years intervention were Income Generation for Women of Self-help Groups, Governance and Education (RTE). All the issues were meticulously discussed and reviewed so that effective project planning could be followed by the team.
Mr Mahesh also spoke about the management of the project and human resources wherein issues related to the appointment of staff and clarity on the job description was discussed. The meeting concluded with the Vote of Thanks delivered by Fr Mayank Parmar.
