NERUL-MUMBAI, DECEMBER 19, 2014: The Value Education Programme on "Don Bosco - The Man for Youth" was presented by the students of Class VI C on December 16, 2014 at Don Bosco Senior Secondary School, Nerul. The students were trained by Ms. Milan Pinto under the guidance of the Supervisor- Pankaj Rai. The programme began with a Skit. The theme was very well brought out by showing how Don Bosco, always lived and died, working for his boys.
The next to follow was a hymn 'Is there a promise of the young today'. Along with the singing was a PowerPoint presentation was shown with lyrics of the hymn and some photographs of the activities, conducted in Don Bosco Senior Secondary School, Nerul. A dance on the song 'Rise Up' which was wonderfully choreographed, depicting Don Bosco's idea of 'Jump, Sing, Shout but do not sin' was then put up.
The Assembly programme concluded with a Vote of Thanks given by the class teacher, Milan. Sir Dyaneshwar then gave the Morning talk. Students were appreciated for their performance. Overall the programme was a great success.
