MUMBAI, JULY 13, 2015: Approximately 60 alumni of Don Bosco High School, Matunga met at the Annual Governing Body meeting on July 5 to elect the new members of the Alumni Association.
The voting process was presented in detail as per the Statutes of the Association.
Those elected would make up the new Managing Committee. There were five main office bearers: President, Senior Vice President, Vice President - GEX, Secretary and Treasurer; followed with 4 posts of Unit Councilors.
The annual report and the annual accounts was then presented to the audience.
After the prayer and introductions, the Delegate, Father Wilfred D'souza underlined the importance of the alumni and appreciated the good outreach programmes they undertake for the poor.
He also encouraged them to come together to play a larger role in the true spirit of the education received at Don Bosco High School.
